In P.E. we practised our ball control before learning the techniques for a forehand stroke in tennis as part of our 'Net and Wall games' unit. During Computing, we gathered data before considering how spreadsheet software is able to help a user to work more efficiently. In History, we were presented with a cropped version of an artefact which we used to follow the process of making a claim, supporting it with evidence and questioning what else we'd like to know. There was a real buzz of interest around the classroom as we discovered our unit will investigation the 'Transatlantic Slave Trade'.
