Designing a Healthy Two-Course Menu

In Design and Technology, the children have been challenged to design a two-course menu suitable for someone with diabetes. This week, they focused on the soup course — researching the best ingredients to make a healthy, balanced dish before preparing and tasting their creations. Afterwards, they evaluated both the taste and appearance of their soups. As you can see from their expressions, some were definite fans… and others weren’t quite so sure!
