What a fantastic start to the new year! On Tuesday we started our maths work with a challenge about triangles.  We used a 9 point circle and our challenge was to see how many different triangles we could create. We tried to work systematically and our best was 19!

In DT we practised our stitching skills to appliqué our initials on to a piece of felt. This was a challenge but we didn't give up. 
 

For gymnastics we worked together to create a sequence that included a balance, a roll, a jump and a travel.  The children performed some really well thoughtout sequences.
