The children have now completed their Henri Rousseau-inspired jungle paintings. They are absolutely brilliant, and they have worked so hard on them. The children cannot wait to display their canvas as part of our art exhibition in a couple of weeks' time. We also enjoyed our first lesson for our new Athletics unit in PE. The children measured and recorded their best push and pull throw and how far they could run in 5 seconds, 30 seconds and 2 minutes. They will now work on improving their personal bests.
