This week in geography, we went for a walk to explore all the physical and human features we could spot in our local area. We spotted lots of terraced, detached and semi-detached houses. We even spotted some bungalows and a golf course. 

In science this week we have learnt about our five senses. We had to guess what was in Miss Slater's bag using only one sense at a time. We thought it was worms! Some brave children even used their sense of taste before they got to use their sense of sight to see what was in the bag (overcooked spaghetti that felt like slimy worms). We had fun exploring all five of our senses and doing lots of activities at our tables. Our favourite was using our sense of smell to guess what was in the cups. We nearly all correctly guessed the onion.
