This week we had a workshop with the author Jenny McLachlan who has been hosting Friday book club's. In this session, we learnt how to draw a whale and then developed vocabulary to describe a whale. 

We learnt about gears in Science; how they work and what they are useful for. We found out that gears have 'teeth' that stick out and that when one gear turns the other interlocked gear turns too. 

In French this week, we practised our speaking by creating sentences to say what pets we have or don't have.
