To start our new Geography unit on South America, we explored different regions of the continent and created research posters to present our findings. We then shared what we had learnt with the class, developing our confidence in speaking and deepening our understanding of the topic.

Some facts that we found out: 

-Argentina is the hottest place in South America 

-Angel Falls is the world's tallest uninterrupted waterfall which is in Venezuela 

-Christ the Redeemer is a statue in Brazil- it is the largest statue in the world
